Returns Policy for Items Merchandise Items:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise items. If, for any reason, you receive merchandise items that are damaged during transport or if your items go missing during transport, we are here to assist you. Returns for Damaged Merchandise:

Returns for Missing Merchandise:

2. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your missing items.

Returns Policy for Events & Novels:

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us via info@belindatopan.com.au within the specified time frame outlined below. Your request will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated to you within a reasonable period. Refund Approval Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within seven days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refund Denial Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

1. Personal Discretion: Refunds for books will not be granted if the reader simply does not like the content or story. Personal taste and preferences do not qualify for a refund.
2. Late Requests: Refund requests received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

Novels: Please note that for novels and other literary works dispatched directly from the author, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the story or contents of the book.
