Author Dispatch (Novels): For novels and literary works dispatched directly by the author, they will use Australia Post for shipping. The shipping times and tracking information for author-dispatched items will be provided separately.

1. Printing & Preparation (1 Week): Once you place your order, we initiate the print-on-demand process. It takes approximately one week to print a fresh, high-quality copy of your novel. This ensures that every book is new and crafted just for you.

2. Author Signing: After printing, the novel is delivered directly to the author for signing if the customer has chosen it. This is a special step that makes your book unique, adding a personal touch from the creator themselves. Note all Novels will be sent to the author first.

3. Dispatch by Author: Once the author has signed your book, they prepare it for shipment. The author chooses a reliable carrier service based on your location and the best available options. We trust our authors to select carriers that are known for their quality service and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Times:
National Orders: If your delivery address is within the same country as the author, your signed novel should arrive relatively quickly once it's been dispatched. While times vary, national deliveries generally take between 3-7 business days.
International Orders: For orders crossing borders, please allow additional time. International shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on your location, customs processes, and the carrier service used.
5. Tracking Your Order: You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your book is dispatched. This allows you to follow its journey and get an estimated arrival date.
